International Bookings

All of our players are UK-based, but we are happy to travel internationally to perform at your desired event.

We have proudly been booked for numerous international weddings and consider it a true privilege to bring our music to entertain your guests around the world.

We Provide:

  • Our instruments, excluding the harp. If you wish to book a harpist, you will need to hire a harp at your desired destination.
  • High-quality mics for all instruments.
  • Stunning Asian Attire. If you have a preferred colour which we don’t have, we can order your desired attire at an additional cost.
  • Early arrival time to the venue to set up & soundcheck.

We don't provide:

  • Cover for any outside performance, this needs to be organised with your décor company or venue. Please see our T&Cs re. outside performances.
  • A stage, this again needs to be organised with the above.
  • A PA system & mixer - this will need to be organised for us in your desired destination.

Prices:

  • Our UK prices, 4 hours minimum.
  • A day travelling fee per musician, per day: £200 each (2 days required)
  • Logistics admin fee: £350. From experience, we highly recommend booking all the flights & accommodation ourselves, however, if there is someone to book this on the client’s behalf, we will remove this cost.
  • Flight costs to be covered by the client. Depending on what airline these requirements may vary: An additional seat for musical equipment, extra hand luggage & hold luggage. Our players cannot store any musical instruments in the hold.
  • Accommodation costs to be covered by the client.
  • Travel costs to & from the airport (UK & abroad) to be covered by the client; the amount can be arranged in advance.
