  • Show Package

    Book our sensational Show Package — an elevated live-concert experience that transforms your wedding into a memorable, theatre‑grade celebration. Designed for clients who want the full “wow” factor, the Show Package pairs elegant string arrangements with dynamic performance elements for a seamless blend of sophistication and excitement.

    Choose a concept — Hollywood meets Bollywood, Bridgerton romance, Bollywood classics, or a bespoke theme created just for you. We’ll design the set to match your event’s mood and aesthetic.

What’s included:

  • Full string ensemble: 2 violins, viola, cello
  • Harpist
  • Tabla player
  • Lead vocalist (male or female) performing up to 3 featured songs
  • Actor/host, costumed to suit your theme
  • Two professional female dancers (including outfit changes)
  • Sound engineer and PA system
  • On-site setup, soundcheck and performance coordination
  • Rehearsals

Song selections & rehearsal:

We ask for a shortlist of 16 preferred songs within 7–14 days of booking so we can prepare and schedule rehearsals in advance.

Optional upgrades:

  • Additional vocalists or guest soloists
  • Choreography package for your first dance or group number
  • Extended set lengths

Pricing & booking:

  • This premium show is offered as a full-package hire.
  • Please contact us for availability & bespoke quote.
  • A 50% deposit secures your date, with balance due before the event.

Prices apply to bookings within the UK (excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, Newcastle, Leeds and Wales). For international bookings, please inquire. Events are booked by total duration — the standard Show Package includes two 45‑minute sets with a 30‑minute interval. Please note: stage and professional lighting are not included and must be provided by your event production team.
