Emily, violinist, violist and founder of Bollywood Strings, has created Bollywood Strings to fuse popular Bollywood hits into vibrant orchestral pieces. Classically trained at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Emily has arranged over 100 Bollywood songs into unique pieces for a variety of instruments – including violins, harps, guitars, tabla and of course, the string quartet. Her musical arrangements are vibrant and stirring; they extract the true flavour Bollywood together with the pure sound of classical instruments.
